To evaluate a desire

  1. Sit with it in prayer or silence.

  2. Ask: Is this desire rooted in fear or in love..

  3. Does this desire improve or expand my sense of life?

  4. Affirm: "I trust the divine wisdom within my desire."

  1. Begin the day in gratitude.

  2. Practice gratitude in the ordinary.

  3. End the day in thanksgiving.

  1. Where in your life are you seeing through the lens of fear?

  2. Where might spirit be inviting you to look again?

  1. Notice the good in your life and give thanks.

  2. Reflect each day on blessings received.

  3. Reach out to someone with gratitude.

  1. Notice your expectations:   Where am I holding on to "how it should be"?

  2. Practice Releasing: Take a breath and affirm: "I release my need to control this".

  3. Listen: Pay attention to intuition, nudges, ideas

  1. Offering a kind word.

  2.  Offering a listening ear.

  3.  Making a loving phone call.

  4. Serving your community.

  1. How I speak to myself when I make a mistake

  2. How I breathe when I feel triggered

  3.  How I listen instead of preparing my response 

  4. How I set boundaries without hardening my heart

  1. Practice self-compassion 

  2. Replace inner criticism with kindness. 

  3.  Set clear boundaries 

  4. Prioritize daily self-care
